Win 7 for winstep v.4 preview

This is a preview of the next and final version of the Windows 7 for Winstep series (xp and vista).

I've added and changed a lot of stuff in this version but it is still far from finished.

Two major changes is are the menus, and the workshelf desktop modules which I'm trying to emulate some of the windows 7 side gadgets with: cpu, ram, email, weather, recycle bin. So far, I only have the cpu meter, recycle bin, and e-mail done. I'm also using the module, "Wanda", as the windows 7 tag at the bottom right of the screen.
I've also changed the clock and date, so that it blends in better with the rest of the taskbar and the date doesnt overlap with the rest of the taskbar if its written like 06-04-2009.
If you have any suggestions/tips on how I can improve the theme, or if you found bugs in version 3 you want me to fix, please to let me know.

I've decided NOT to do the gadgets, but I will keep the windows 7 tag
